This Privacy Policy should be read together with the Simpatico Client Agreement. If there is a conflict, the Client Agreement governs with respect to the Services.

You are not required to provide all information requested; however, certain information may be necessary to participate in specific Services.

B. Information Collected Automatically

This information is used for basic website functionality, security, and performance analytics.

C. Information from Third Parties

Your identifying information is never shared with a potential match without your consent. Non-identifying attributes (such as age range, interests, or general background) may be shared first to gauge mutual interest, consistent with your Service level.

We may share information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our business (e.g., scheduling tools, secure data storage, payment processors). These providers are permitted to use information only as necessary to perform services for us.

C. Professional Matchmakers

In limited cases, Simpatico may collaborate with another professional matchmaker to facilitate a potential introduction. Information shared is limited to what is reasonably necessary for that purpose and subject to client consent.

D. Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Simpatico, our clients, or others.

4. WHAT WE DO NOT DO

· We do not sell personal information

· We do not rent or trade client lists

· We do not use personal information for third-party advertising networks

· We do not provide information to data brokers

5. CLIENT-TO-MATCH COMMUNICATIONS

Once you choose to share information directly with a match (including via text, email, social media, or in person), Simpatico does not control and is not responsible for how that information is used or disclosed by the other party.

6. DATA SECURITY

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Information may be securely deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
